What We Do
We break down barriers.
We work hard to make behavioral health care resources available to all who need them. We partner with organizations and communities to make support accessible and confidential to ensure employees, neighbors, classmates, and colleagues receive the best care.Become a Partner
Make mental health care a priority.
Using the latest technology and knowledge, we've developed services designed to address a variety of needs.
24/7 Crisis Hotline
We provide help and guidance when it’s needed most. Our trained, compassionate behavioral health clinicians provide every caller with a customized clinical intake and assessment to determine the best care plan possible.
We offer specialized services for youth in need. Services include 24/7 crisis intervention, mobile outreach, emotional support, referral information, and follow-up programs for children, youth, and families.
When a crisis caller needs a higher level of assistance, our mobile outreach care team is dispatched. A trained clinician visits a caller’s residence or agency to assess the crisis and recommend care.
Our suicide prevention clinicians partner with hospitals to increase community access to evidence-based suicide intervention. Our lifesaving intervention program provides patients with CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), discharge planning, and ongoing follow up.
Mental Health Trainings
Mental health is as important as physical health, that’s why we work with groups to help make mental health a priority. Our trainings provide individuals with the tools to understand their own needs and help others.
Employee Assistance Programs
We help support your employees and colleagues through confidential assessments, counseling, referrals, and follow-up services. We provide compassionate guidance and care plans to help employees manage mental health challenges.
To offer the best telehealth service to your patients, our clinicians are trained to familiarize themselves with your EHR (Electronic Health Record), assessment practices, facility-offered services, and surrounding community referrals.
Our TeleEd (Telehealth Emergency Department) services include real-time behavioral health assessments, collaborative crisis response and safety planning, continuous bed placement services, and follow-up case management after discharge.
Clinical Care Coordination
Our clinical care coordinators provide ongoing support to clients. Services include follow-up phone calls, linkage and referral, care coordination, and supportive counseling to improve health outcomes and avert emergency department admissions.
