Pat Coleman

As president and CEO, in partnership with our Board of Directors, Pat is responsible for assuring BHR’s relevance to the community and the accomplishment of its mission and vision. She leads and manages short- and long-term goals and objectives including formulating plans and policies and allocating appropriate resources for the achievement of these priority initiatives.

Pat is responsible for fiscal management, operating within the approved budget, ensuring maximum resource utilization, and maintenance in a positive fiscal position. She promotes our programs and services ensuring they are developed in a cost-effective manner without sacrificing high-quality care.

Pat represents BHR in the community sharing services, partnerships, and the positive impact we deliver in providing high-quality behavioral health care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.
